It's also understood that you have to have a motor vehicle licence ,by people who haven't read anything before signing up for one.Because "everyone" says so and it's the "law" .People assume far? too much ,then complain about having to follow those "laws" without ever asking questions. Kids like to know why/how things work,they question,so why have adults stopped that behaviour?Indoctrination .

In theory, I don't disagree with what this good sir is saying. But it is my understanding? that licence renewals, insurance, paying tickets and all other expenses associated with being an owner/operator of a vehicle goes to the gov't via ICBC. And, in turn, is how we pay for roads,signage,lights, intersections, road safety awareness etc etc. Personally I prefer this system than an un-maintained or "natural" alternative of driving through potholes and crashing into people at 4-ways.

Actually partner.. the concept is they use STATUTES AND CODES.. aka LEGALITIES. Legal is not LAWFUL. There are only 3 LAWS.. Do not deprive others of property.. do not defraud another human being and do not harm/kill another human being.. period.. THAT IS THE? LAW.. ALL the rest are UCC LEGALITIES, which you must consent to. Your silence= consent.. Maxim of Law. Since people have never claimed their rights.. they are silent and have NO rights. It's pretty simple really.

I do not consider myself a legal expert, but in the US there is a legal doctrine called something like dirty money, where if a PERSON is? caught selling drug all his assets may be seized because the drug money could have bought any one of them. If this were the case in Canada, one might be able to make an argument for the people to reclaim all gov. property.

When these so-called "authorities" are enforce their "Laws" on you that you have never submitted to, then object to it by challenging their jurisdiction - ask them to present a proof of their claim against you. If they persist them file a suit / action in a? "court of record". If they can't present a proof of claim, then they have no "authority" over you. They ought to respect each one of the People's unalienable rights at common law.
