India is a place where where at one place you could see some person speaking Kannada , another speaking Hindi , another? speaking English or Chinese ! It's diverse without imagination. I suggest visited all major Indian cities and just see how different each of them are ! :D I am personally from New Delhi and you will just love old delhi's tastes :) Good Luck !
